Crafting and Shipping time
The crafting time may vary according
to workload. The crafting time usually takes about three weeks. We ship
the product as soon as it's complete. Once your order is completed and shipped
it usually takes 3-5 working days for deliveries in Greece, 5-7 days for
deliveries in Europe and 12-15 working days for the rest destinations. We're
not responsible for any custom charges that might occur.
There are also some options for express delivery that takes 2 or 3 days available at an extra cost and for European deliveries only. We're not liable for delays caused by postal services and this is why we can't guarantee a specific arriving date.
We ship worldwide via registered priority air mail through the Hellenic Post Office (ELTA). In case of PayPal payment we can only ship items to the PayPal address you have submitted. In case of packages returning as "unclaimed" the customer is liable for the postage back to them. Registered mail is the most secure shipping service and your package is track-able. As soon as your package is shipped, you'll be notified and we'll provide you with the tracking number of the delivery. Sometimes postal services don't update the online info for registered packages. In that case, we suggest to contact your local post office for more info. The postman will have to deliver the package personally to you, so your signature will be required. In case you can't be reached at the address you provided, a notice will be left there, so you can pick the package up from your local post office. We retain the right to ship pairs of the same order separately. In this case, you'll receive more than one tracking code.
When it comes to custom orders, we can't accept returns but we do exchange the item in case of wrong sizing and uncomfortable fit. In regards to size altering we offer one free altering per pair. Charges for further alterations may vary so please contact us to get a quote. For us to refund or exchange the item, you have to contact us about the issue within 7 days upon receipt and ship the item back in the next 5 days. We can't refund footwear that shows signs of wear or tear. Please make sure to return the item in its box. We can't proceed to a refund, in case the item shows damage caused by an unsafe package, during shipping. The money will be refunded to your account, after we receive the returned product to check its condition.

In case of an exchange, we will start crafting the new item after we receive the one you return. We can't exchange footwear that show signs of wear and tear.
RETURN SHIPPING COSTS:
In the case of a return, the shipping costs will not be refunded. In case of an exchange, the cost shipping back to us will be on you, and we will resend the new or adjusted item at our expense. When you ship items back to us, make sure to label the package as "returned goods" to avoid any custom charges.
